Shannon is the founder of Beautiful Tomorrow Wellness and an ACE certified personal trainer who believes your wellness routine should add to your life, not squeeze the joy out of it.
A military spouse, mom, entrepreneur, and recent graduate currently living in Okinawa, Japan, Shannon understands firsthand what it means to prioritize your health while juggling a life that is already very, very full. She recently completed her Master’s degree while working full time, raising a young daughter, navigating military family life, and building Beautiful Tomorrow Wellness, so the reality of having a thousand plates in the air isn’t a distant memory. Her coaching is designed primarily for busy women, whether they’re moms, active duty service members, military spouses, professionals, entrepreneurs, stay-at-home parents, or some combination of the above who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident without making fitness their entire identity.
Shannon provides personalized training programming, nutrition habit and macro coaching, and holistic health and behavior-change support. Her approach combines practical, evidence-based guidance with the understanding that the “perfect” plan is useless if it doesn’t actually work in your real life. She believes in meeting clients where they are, adjusting when life inevitably gets messy, and building sustainable habits without shame, punishment, or screaming motivation in your face.
Her background brings a slightly unusual combination to health coaching: psychology, data, and a genuine fascination with human behavior. Shannon earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Christopher Newport University and her Master of Science in Data Analytics from Louisiana State University, and has been inducted into the academic honor societies Omega Nu Lambda and Phi Kappa Phi.
Outside of coaching, Shannon can usually be found with her husband, daughter, and Corgi; enjoying life in Okinawa; experimenting with something in the kitchen; or lifting something heavy. Her favorite exercise is the machine hip thrust, and her workout playlist can move without warning from ’90s hip-hop to punk-rock Disney covers to feminine-rage anthems.
Her goal as a coach is simple: to be the person in your corner who understands that you have a whole life outside of your workouts, knows what she’s talking about, and can help you keep moving forward without making you feel like you have to be perfect to make progress.
"Before working with Shannon, strength training felt intimidating. I wanted to get stronger, but I didn’t really know where to start or how to trust myself in the process. Shannon changed that for me.
Instead of a one-size fits all plan, Shannon created a program that met me exactly where I was. She designed a plan with the equipment, the experience, and the confidence I was still building in mind. Nothing felt out of reach. Instead, she helped me see that getting stronger could happen one small, doable step at a time.
Because of Shannon, I didn’t just learn how to lift weights. I learned that I am capable of getting stronger. She helped me build confidence and trust in myself.
What stands out most is how supported I felt. Shannon didn’t just give me a plan and leave me to figure it out alone. She encouraged me, celebrated the small wins, and helped me recognize progress I might have missed on my own. Her support made it easier to keep showing up and believe I could actually do this."
